Edward R. "Ed" Stabell III, Esq. is the Attorney/Owner of the Stabell Law Firm, LLC in Marietta, Georgia.
Ed began his practice in Savannah in 1992, which is mainly focused in the areas of personal injury and property damage, Americans with Disabilities Act, automobile and trucking accident, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice and professional liability, business formation and contract, insurance coverage, real estate, and bad faith faith and extra-contractual litigation throughout the State of Georgia. He is an experienced and seasoned litigation and trial attorney and handled defense and insurance coverage litigation and trial work exclusively for insurance companies for over 26 years and knows how insurance companies evaluate claims for settlement and trial, which is expertise that an ordinary plaintiff's attorney simply do not have. He is now offering that expertise to members of the general public and businesses.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and has been of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance ("CLM") and Professional Liability Defense Federation, which are open to attorneys for membership by invitation only. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal trial and appellate courts in the State of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
He has given lectures and seminars on insurance coverage, bad faith and defense law to members of the Savannah Bar Association, the CLM, insurance companies, and other insurance industry groups.
