"My T.V. attorney was over his head, but by the true Grace of God, he knew Ed. I was summoned to his office to hear the bad news that they were only offering 25k for my case. I was devastated, I had 3 minor children and couldn't return to work. M[y] T.V. [attorney] had referred me to a worker's compensation attorney, who had me sign a broad release, which later endangered my settlement. Now I needed a contract lawyer. Ed came in, read the contract and reassured me he would get me what I deserved or at least in the ballpark. He gave me his personal cell number and told me to call him anytime (he answers his phone, too). After several surgeries, physical therapy, depositions, mediations, late night phone calls and a lot of prayer, Ed did it. My case went from 25k to 300k, from there to 550k. he could have gotten me more but I decided to settle. I was ready to get my life back it had been years waiting. Edward Stabell, was by then my trusted friend. Don't give up on you, Ed won't!"
"What can I say? You were everything and more I could ask for in an attorney. You truly had my best interest at heart. I am so impressed at your intellect, skill and commitment to doing what is best for your client. I don't know how to how to begin to say Thank You. Those are simple words designed to say thanks for resolving complex issues. If I can help you in Brunswick let me know. Please give my regards and thanks to Darlene and Sharon for their assistance and commitment as well. Have a good life Ed. You sdesserve it. Thank you so much ... for helping me sort through all my options and find one that felt truly right for me."
"I would highly recommend Ed Stabell to handle any coverage or insurance defense related work in the Savannah, GA area or for that matter, the entire eastern part of the state. He won several complex coverage cases for me while I was with Selective Insurance. He also won several liabilty cases that we thought we would lose. On cases that we settled, he did an excellent job discovering facts and issues that resulted in us getting a very good settlement on a timely basis. Ed is a lawyer's lawyer. Someone that other attorneys and claims people go to for his expert thoughts and opinions. Ed is one of those attorneys that can think out of the box, resulting in favorable outcomes."
"[I] have worked with Mr. Stabell for over the past year on several matters and found him to be a conscientious and extremely capable attorney with respect to both coverage and defense. His experience include many disciplines that make him a logical choice to handle many different types of cases in various venues. His ability to maintain a realistic perspective on cases to include the potential of an early compromise resolution if warranted, serves as a mutual benefit to all parties concerned. I find him to be honest, ethical and forthright and believe he will be a considerable asset on any legal panel for which he may seek consideration."
"I recommend Mr. Edward Stabell without reservation. I have worked with Mr. Stabell and his firm for five years. His firm has been a member of our panel for at least a decade. Mr. Stabell also provides counsel for Berkley's excess carrier - Gemini Transportation in both capacities. Mr. Stabell and his firm have performed exemplary.
Mr. Stabell's knowledge of the Trucking Industry and civil litigation are consistently evidenced in both the handling of a matter and his timely communications. I have found Mr. Stabell to be open and realistic in his assessments and prognosis of any case. He brings commitment and excellence to bear in all our collaborative projects. Mr. Stabell delivers 'expected' and 'realistic' results - there are no surprises.
Mr. Stabell works collaboratively with his clients to develop a plan and executes them flawlessly - regardless of the outcome. When we go to trial - I am cognizant of the risk/reward - a conversation and plan both Mr. Stabell and I have discussed and implemented - we are prepared - plan is executed - whatever the outcome at trial.
I provide this with direct knowledge and practical experience of Mr. Stabell's ability and performance on behalf of Carolina Casualty and Gemini Transportation. Again, I recommend him and his firm without reservation and I am confident he will provide the same high standard of services for your organization as he has ours."
"I wholeheartedly recommend Ed Stabell and the Stabell Law Firm to handle any divorce amd domestic relations matters. I retained Ed to recover over three years of back child support from my ex, who is abiusive, has mental health issues and believes he's above the law, refused to pay any child support, and had disappeared to keep from having to pay me child support. Ed quickly located my ex, had him put in jail for child abandonment, and initiated contemp proceedings that have resulted in my ex paying in excess of $30,000 in back child support and honoring his current monthly child support obligations through DFACS. I cannot express how grateful I am to Ed and his firm. His timely assistance has helped me as a single mother of limited means keep my daughter in a private school special needs educational program that I otherwise could not afford."
